Maison Élégance Returns Policy

At Maison Élégance, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the conditions outlined below.

1.1. Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
1.2. Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
1.3. Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from Maison Élégance  via our official website or authorized stores.

2. Return Process

2.1. Customers must notify us of their intention to return via email at help@maison-elegance.ch before shipping the items.
2.2. Once the return request is approved, customers will receive return instructions, including the address for shipping the items back to us.
2.3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
3.2. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 14 business days.
3.3. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

4. Exchange Policy

4.1. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4.2. Customers must notify us of the desired exchange within the return period.
4.3. If the desired product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

5. Exceptions

5.1. Returns are not accepted for:

  • Sale or clearance items, unless defective. 
  • 5.2. Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration by the customer will not be eligible for a return.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

6.1. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately at help@maison-elegance.ch with details and photos of the issue.
6.2. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a replacement or refund as per customer preference.

7. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from or related to this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
